Finding Balance: In Meditation & Beyond

Work and play, Effort and ease. Liking and disliking. Standing and falling. At some point balance is no longer a matter of back-and-forth between two extremes; balance simply exists. In this meditation workshop, we'll learn about the classic five hindrances to meditation, and how to work with them in our yoga practice, our seated meditation practice, and our daily lives.
