Receipt of your retreat deposit indicates you agree to each of the following policies...
PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS
All prices are in US Dollars. A $500 non-refundable deposit holds your room until February 28, 2024, at which point we require full payment.
All balances must be paid in full by February 28, 2024 or you will forfeit your deposit and your reservation. Last date to book (pending availability) is April 1, 2024.
Any and all early bird savings rates apply when payment is received IN FULL prior to the early bird deadline.

6 nights at Tribu Todos Santos with onsite meals 3 times daily
Daily yoga & meditation classes
Three guided adventures
A guided cliff-side hike
A day-trip to Todos Santos
A shaman-led temazcal (sweat-lodge) ceremony
Excursions are subject to change at any moment
All tips to providers of included services
Airport transfers for those who arrive/depart within our predetermined day/time windows (you will receive an email about this once you book!)*
*Arriving early or departing late? Contact us to arrange for private transport (a $200 additional expense per person, each way).

WAIVERS
All participants must sign the Nectar Flow Yoga waiver before participating. As with any fitness program, participants are ultimately responsible for their own health and well-being.
CANCELATION POLICY
Your $500 deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel on or before December 31, 2023, any payments made will be returned to you, minus your $500 deposit.
Any cancelations on or after January 1, 2024 are 100% non-refundable unless we can find someone by April 1, 2024 to take your spot.

COVID-19 POLICY AND PRECAUTIONS
Your health, the health of your fellow retreat goers, and the health of the communities we visit are our utmost priority. We anticipate a healthy excursion but reserve the right to implement additional policies as needed, including mandating the use of masks while indoors at Tribu Todos Santos or anywhere social distancing is impossible, such as in the van to and from the airport.
We encourage you to take a home COVID test within 24 hours of the retreat. We expect guests who test positive or experience symptoms of COVID not to attend. The refund policies above still apply. We encourage all retreat attendees to purchase travel insurance.
Retreat occupancy is limited to 16 to provide for adequate social distancing.
The yoga shala is protected from the elements but offers ample airflow. Yoga classes will take place outdoors as needed.
COVID is still rampant in populated areas in Mexico, just as it is in the US. In Mexico, people are likely to wear masks indoors, especially in crowded areas. Many tourists from the US choose not to. As a conscientious traveler, you may want to have a mask on hand.
The United States no longer requires US citizens to pass a negative COVID-19 test before boarding their return flight. If you are flying home to another country, please understand the rules may be different.
Baja Surf Yoga and Nectar Flow Yoga are not responsible for missed flights home, additional airport transportation, or extended accommodations due to positive COVID tests. We will do our best to help you make arrangements for a hotel stay and transportation, at your expense, should you test positive before boarding your flight home.
